New hardtail and top tube fabricated

Latest progress on the honda frame. It was first blasted, then mocked up with new tighter rake. After a trip to the welders the old hartail and front frame tubes were removed (made from scaffold pipe and electrical conduit!) And a new one made up of more suitable tubing. The frame was also detagged to keep the lines clean. Engine and mounts will go in next week, so new front half can be fabricated.
