Mud, Glorious Mud!

So on a chilly and very wet boxing day, me and Tom headed off in search of the annual North Berks MCC boxing day trial. What we found in the Buckinghamshire countryside was a group of old and new bikes, 2 and 4 stroke, and riders of all ages piloting their machines with skill in and out of ditches, covered in mud- Perfect!

We had been to this event a couple of years ago on the 125's, on my dads advice as a traditional outing (and probably to give him some peace for the day), but had failed to document it. So this time we returned armed with cameras, Tom with with his compact, and me borrowing another friends DSLR.
I'll let the pictures do the talking, but if your reading this I thoroughly suggest you check out a trials event near you, its a great way to spend a day in a cold, muddy field surrounded by some of the nicest people around and the faint smell of two-stroke exhaust!

Classic Trails- Built by one member and ridden by another, based on an old Triumph tiger cub
